industrial pigging – decoking of furnaces

According to our European customers AJAKS SA has the biggest execution potential in scope of decoking of furnaces in Europe. In the past years we have conducted over 200 projects. The quantity of our double-pigging units allows to realize every project every time, for example decoking of 4 furnaces with 8 passes each within 6 days. The time of execution while maintaining the highest quality is a very important factor for our clients. In the scope of industrial pigging our offer consists of:

  • decoking of furnaces using low-pressure ADS Pigging with computer analysis
  • intelligent pigging of furnaces – noninvasive and fast analyses of the furnace’s technical condition
  • decoking or removal of hard sediments from long pipelines using low-pressure ADS Pigging
  • thanks to parallel device connection – possibility of cleaning pipelines up to 100 km long
  • thanks to parallel device connection – possibility of significant shortening of the work execution while maintaining the highest service quality

The waste after industrial cleaning, including the dangerous one, is safely utilized according to the existing regulations
